NYSBOC has a Legislative Committee that currently meets weekly, we would invite any member wishing to observe the committee to register at the below link. This would allow members to see what the Legislative Committee does, how it operates, and what positions we have on legislation, code amendments, or emergency rule making activities.

​The NYSBOC Legislative Committee discusses positions on proposed legislation, proposed rulemaking activities from NYS Building Standards and Codes Division, and potential code changes that affect the NYSBOC  membership.
